    Popped in after work with my mum for a quick lunch. Won't bother again. Wenzels management please train your staff on customer service. The older lady that served me was rude. It felt like my order was too much of an effort for her. No smile, very abrupt. The food was not of great standard either. The younger staff were much nicer and actually wore name badges but I couldn't tell you who served me because that lady didn't wear one. The coffee tasted disgusting. Waste of my time and money. Disappointed.

    I would not recommend it as I have placed and online order for a sandwich and I have waited for almost hour and whenever received, I have found two long hairs in it. It was disgusting.Their food is usually fresh but the costumer service is poor and because of the above mentioned situation I won’t be ordering again from there.

    Visited a few times, as their open till later than most bakeries and coffee shops in the area. However, after pm all shelves are practically empty and there's nothing in the display fridges except a few cupcakes and some sad looking baguettes with ham and tuna going brown inside them. What's the point of keeping the shop open till pm if you can't get anything???

    Decided to get a meatball baguette from Wenzells. Won’t be making that mistake again. marble-sized meatballs pushed to edge, the rest just tomato sauce and cheese.Bland and tasteless aswell.
